Description

SAIC is seeking a Power Platform Developer to join our team in Fort Belvoir, Virginia. 

Responsibilities:

  • The Digital Solutions Engineer supports the development, enhancement, and sustainment of digital solutions across Microsoft platforms, with base SharePoint Knowledge Management functions and a primary emphasis on Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), and premium capabilities such as Environments, Model-Driven Apps, Dataverse, and custom or premium connectors. 
  • This role assists in designing, building, troubleshooting, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications and automations that enable mission-focused efficiency within the Digital Solutions Office, INSCOM, U.S. Army. 
  • Applies solid technical expertise in Microsoft cloud-based business solutions and demonstrates growing knowledge of additional related disciplines, including data architecture, workflow automation, solution lifecycle management, and governance. 
  • Receives assignments in the form of objectives and works with the Digital Solutions Architect and Engineers to define goals required to meet those objectives. 
  • Provides technical input and collaborates with cross-functional teams, customers, and stakeholders to achieve solution outcomes in alignment with established policies and standards. 
  • Work is reviewed and measured based on effectiveness in meeting objectives, deadlines, and quality benchmarks. 
  • Recommends improvements to processes, technical patterns, and policies affecting supported digital solution environments. 
  • Develops technical solutions to moderately complex and complex problems involving integration across Microsoft (Army) 365, Power Platform, and data services.  
  • Solutions frequently involve designing canvas and model-driven apps, complex workflows, Dataverse tables, custom connectors, and enterprise reporting structures. 
  • Contributes directly to the successful delivery, sustainment, and improvement of mission-critical digital solutions used across the organization.
  • Ensures reliability, security, and scalability of applications and automations that support key operational objectives. 

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • Bachelors and two (2) years or more experience; Masters and one (1) years or more experience; PhD and 0 years related experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree. 

Qualifications:

  • Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Dataverse, and application lifecycle management. 
  • Experience supporting government or military digital environments.
  • Experience working with cross-function teams, customers and stakeholders. 

Clearance:

  • Candidate must have a TS/SCI clearance to start with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI Poly. 

Target salary range: $120,001 - $160,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
