As part of a state-of-the-art remote program within our Detox Center, our LCSWs work collaboratively with a passionate team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough and comprehensive clinical assessments to identify client needs and formulate personalized treatment plans that reflect best practices.
• Implementing a range of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other evidence-based strategies tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Maintaining accurate and timely clinical records in accordance with HIPAA and clinic standards, ensuring all documentation supports effective treatment delivery.
• Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams in regular case consultations, sharing insights and contributing to integrated treatment strategies for clients.
• Providing education and support to patients and their families about mental health resources, treatment options, and coping strategies, ultimately promoting understanding and self-efficacy.
• Engaging in continuous professional development by staying updated on current research and therapeutic trends in the field of mental health.

This role focuses on working with a diverse population of patients facing various mental health challenges, including substance use disorders, anxiety, depression, and trauma-related issues. The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution, affirming your educational foundation.
