The Addiction Recovery Trauma Clinic is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Full-Time Behavioral Health Specialists. In this critical role, you will provide a range of mental health services designed to support individuals grappling with trauma, anxiety, and depression. This remote position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 90,000 to 100,000 annually, and includes a sign-on bonus.

Located in Aurora, Colorado, the Addiction Recovery Trauma Clinic is a community health facility specializing in trauma-informed care and evidence-based mental health therapies. This position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while engaging in vital therapeutic relationships. While maintaining a structured schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, there is some flexibility required based on client scheduling needs. This adaptability will enable you to cater effectively to a diverse patient population and ensure that each client receives the attention and care they deserve.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to determine client needs, crafting individualized treatment plans using solution-focused interventions and evidence-based practices.
• Implement a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client's unique circumstances and challenges.
• Maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ensure that all documentation supports the client’s treatment objectives.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to coordinate care and participate in case discussions.
• Engage in peer review meetings and clinical consultations regularly to refine treatment approaches and enhance service delivery quality.
• Provide education to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment paths, and available community resources to foster an informed recovery process.
• Remain current with the latest developments in the mental health field, utilizing new research and tools to inform practice and enhance client outcomes.

You will be working with a diverse client base that includes individuals from various socio-economic backgrounds who may be struggling with trauma, depression, anxiety, and other mental health challenges. Our holistic approach emphasizes treating the person as a whole, addressing not just the clinical symptoms, but also supporting emotional and social well-being. By incorporating family education into treatment, you will help foster environments that support sustained recovery and resilience.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Colorado.
• Demonstrated proficiency in solution-focused psychotherapy interventions, enabling you to tailor methodologies to each client’s unique needs.
• Exemplary communication and interpersonal skills, enabling productive engagement with clients and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and critical thinking skills to assess complex client situations and devise effective interventions.
• A passion for working in a collaborative environment that values shared knowledge and professional growth.

• Experience working with trauma-informed care and familiarity with the challenges faced by individuals in recovery.
• Proficiency in additional therapeutic modalities will be considered a significant asset.
