Work Environment

This position is fully remote, granting you the flexibility to manage your work-life balance while delivering essential services from the comfort of your own home. Our organization utilizes advanced telehealth technologies to ensure effective communication and collaboration among team members and patients. You will be expected to manage your schedule primarily between Mondays and Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, while maintaining some flexibility to best meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive and tailored to understand each patient's unique experiences.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic interventions, ensuring that they are responsive to the cultural and personal backgrounds of the patients.
  • Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions designed to address a variety of mental health concerns, enhancing patient resilience and well-being.
  • Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for patients.

Qualifications
