• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to understand each client's mental health status and concerns, integrating their unique histories and perspectives.

This role allows you to work with a diverse population, including individuals experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges. • A current and valid state license as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.
• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional ability to communicate effectively and foster trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, demonstrating active listening and empathy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to effectively manage case loads while ensuring timely documentation of client interactions.

• Experience in outpatient mental health settings and a proven record of providing therapy to diverse populations.
• Familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and their applications in treatment, particularly in a remote setting.
• A background in engaging clients through telehealth platforms and addressing mental health concerns via virtual modalities.
