• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify the mental health needs of clients, ensuring an individualized treatment approach.
• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client's unique requirements, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.
• Facilitate virtual therapy sessions through a secure platform, employing technology to engage clients effectively and maintain a therapeutic connection.
• Collaborate with clients to set meaningful therapeutic goals, providing continuous support and guidance while adapting treatment strategies as needed.
• Maintain precise, timely documentation of all therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client progress to ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.
• Participate in training and professional development opportunities to refine therapeutic skills and stay updated on industry advancements.

Our network serves a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, trauma, and more. • Must hold a valid and current license as a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor-Mental Health Service Provider (LPC/MHSP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Master's degree or a doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with clients in a virtual setting, fostering a safe and trusting therapeutic environment.
• Empathy, compassion, and genuine concern for clients' mental health experiences and challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a remote work setting.

• Experience in working with a remote population or in a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for efficient documentation and scheduling.
• Additional certifications in specialized therapeutic modalities can enhance your candidacy.

• Salary range of USD 80,000 to 104,000 per year, commensurate with experience and caseload.
