As a remote mental health therapist, you will experience a flexible work setting that provides the opportunity to help clients from the comfort of your own space. Our clinic utilizes modern telehealth platforms that facilitate meaningful engagement with clients, ensuring both privacy and convenience. While the primary schedule is from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 4 PM, we recognize the importance of adaptability and may accommodate schedule modifications based on patient needs.

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to understand the specific needs of each client using evidence-based practices.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, applying solution-focused interventions tailored to their unique circumstances.
• Implement therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other effective techniques.
• Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with HIPAA standards while documenting clinical records meticulously.
• Collaborate with our team of mental health professionals in case consultations and peer reviews to enhance treatment effectiveness.
• Provide education and support to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources.
• Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in the field to ensure best practices in therapy.

At Diamond Behavioral Health Center, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more. • A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities that contribute to effective treatment planning.
• A collaborative disposition, valuing teamwork while contributing to a positive and supportive environment.

• Prior experience in a community mental health setting is preferred, along with familiarity in working with diverse populations.
• Experience with telehealth practices and platforms to ensure efficient remote client engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques effectively in a clinical setting.
