Joyful Journeys Mental Health Services is seeking a dedicated and experienced Licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our team as a full-time Remote Telehealth Specialist. The ideal candidate will hold a valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW and have at least two years of clinical experience. This position is entirely remote, leveraging our telehealth platform to deliver high-quality therapeutic services to clients across Arizona. Working Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, therapists will enjoy the flexibility of telehealth while being part of a supportive team. The remote work setting allows for a balanced work-life integration while enabling therapists to utilize various digital communication tools and electronic health record (EHR) systems to effectively manage patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to ascertain the specific needs of patients, utilizing standardized assessment tools and therapeutic interviews.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on the assessment results, incorporating evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy.
• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions remotely, ensuring high engagement levels and positive therapeutic outcomes.
• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups that provide clients with community resources and coping strategies for managing mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with other mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to create holistic care strategies tailored to individual patient needs.
• Respond to crises effectively by providing immediate intervention during mental health emergencies and supporting clients through difficult situations.
• Educate clients and their families on mental health conditions and treatment methodologies while offering guidance on available support and community resources.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient interactions and treatment processes in compliance with all legal and ethical guidelines.
• Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and professional development programs to remain current with industry advancements.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Current, valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of Arizona.
• Thorough knowledge of mental health disorders and available evidence-based treatment options.
• Demonstrated competency in conducting mental health assessments and developing tailored treatment plans.
• Experience providing therapy to individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills, and professional ethics.
• Proficiency in using EHR systems and technology to enhance patient care.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team structure.

• 2 years of experience in outpatient settings, delivering mental health services through telehealth.
• Experience facilitating support groups and workshops focused on mental health education and community resources.
• Background in crisis intervention and emergency mental health support.

The salary for this role ranges from $80,000 to $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
