Key Responsibilities

• Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients' mental health needs and preferences securely through telehealth platforms.
• Create and implement personalized treatment plans, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
• Deliver individual and group therapy sessions with compassion, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based strategies.
• Facilitate regular progress assessments for clients, remaining adaptable and responsive to their evolving therapeutic needs and goals.
• Document therapy session outcomes, client progress, and treatment adjustments accurately using our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure compliance and optimal care continuity.

Qualifications

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology.
• Exceptional communication skills, with a particular ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients in a virtual environment.
• A strong sense of empathy, allowing you to understand and connect with clients on a personal level while guiding them through their challenges.
• Demonstrated organizational and time-management skills, enabling effective handling of multiple clients and documentation responsibilities.

Preferred Experience

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or providing remote therapy services.
• Familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems, ensuring efficient documentation and information management.
• Training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities is preferred.
