About the Job

We are seeking a strategic healthcare executive to lead CareATC's Total Health Solutions portfolio while providing direct executive oversight of our Occupational Health program.

In this role, you'll partner closely with Medical Leadership, Population Health, Client Success, Sales, and executive leadership to drive growth, develop innovative healthcare solutions, strengthen strategic partnerships, and improve clinical and business outcomes.

You'll oversee CareATC's Total Health Solutions portfolio-including Mental Health, Physical Medicine, Nutrition & Wellness, RN Care Coordination, Functional Medicine, Virtual Care, and other integrated clinical services-while leading the continued growth and evolution of our Occupational Health program.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute the strategic vision for CareATC's Total Health Solutions portfolio

  • Provide executive leadership and direct oversight of the Occupational Health program

  • Drive program growth through data analytics, outcomes research, utilization metrics, and evidence-based decision making

  • Build strategic partnerships with industry leaders, healthcare organizations, and key stakeholders

  • Collaborate across Medical Leadership, Population Health, Client Success, Sales, and Marketing to advance organizational strategy

  • Evaluate opportunities for service expansion, strategic partnerships, and business growth

  • Support business development through executive client presentations and strategic consultation

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team while fostering collaboration across the organization

What You'll Bring

  • MBA, MPH, MHA, or another advanced degree in healthcare, business, or a related field

  • Three or more years of experience leading teams and large-scale healthcare programs

  • Experience developing and executing strategic initiatives that drive organizational growth

  • Strong executive leadership, presentation, and communication skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships across healthcare organizations and clients

  • Experience using data and analytics to guide decision-making and measure program outcomes

  • Knowledge of healthcare analytics tools such as SAS, SQL, Microsoft Access, or similar platforms preferred

  • Strong collaboration, critical thinking, and change management skills
