About the Job
The Program Coach works with local LifeWise teams to successfully execute the T-Minus Launch Plan, ensuring each program launches on time and is positioned for long-term sustainability. Through coaching, accountability, and encouragement, the Program Coach empowers program directors and local leadership teams to achieve key milestones, overcome barriers, and build healthy, thriving programs.
This role serves as a trusted guide throughout the implementation process by monitoring program health, identifying risks early, and providing strategic coaching that keeps programs moving toward launch readiness.
Responsibilities
  • Coach and support local LifeWise teams through the successful execution of the T-Minus Launch Plan
  • Empower, encourage, and equip program directors and leadership teams to achieve launch milestones and build sustainable programs
  • Monitor program health benchmarks and key performance indicators to identify strengths, risks, and opportunities for intervention
  • Develop action plans with local teams to address implementation challenges and maintain forward momentum
  • Evaluate program readiness throughout the implementation process and document progress within the LifeWise customer relationship management (CRM) platform
  • Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications and Experience
  • A mature personal Christian faith consistent with the LifeWise Academy Statement of Faith
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience working with ministry personnel, school administration and community leaders (preferred)
  • Experience working in an organization using Salesforce (preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • 3+ years in a ministry or other leadership position
  • Proficient using Google Workspace suite of tools and programs
  • Located in Indiana
