This position operates within a fully remote outpatient office setting, designed to foster collaboration and support among mental health professionals. You will be part of a dynamic team of licensed therapists and psychiatrists who prioritize trauma-informed care. Tools such as electronic health record (EHR) systems will facilitate patient management and documentation tasks, ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards while allowing you to focus on patient care.

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients’ histories, guiding the formulation of personalized treatment strategies.
• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans aimed at trauma recovery and resilience building.
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), in both individual and group therapy settings.
• Facilitate groups and individual sessions, encouraging clients to process their trauma, cultivate new coping mechanisms, and promote holistic healing.
• Engage in collaborative case management with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to guarantee comprehensive care for patients.
• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, showcasing your skills in high-pressure environments.
• Educate patients and their families on trauma responses, effective coping strategies, and community resources available for further support.
• Maintain meticulous case documentation, ensuring patient confidentiality while adhering to ethical standards.
• Participate actively in professional development opportunities, case consultations, and team meetings focused on trauma care.
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy, continually integrating new insights into your work.

Your primary focus will be on clients who have experienced varying degrees of trauma, including those faced with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders. By employing trauma-informed care principles, you will help empower these individuals on their path to recovery, helping them to articulate their experiences and develop skills for a successful future.

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• Proven licensure as an LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.
• Strong knowledge base regarding trauma disorders and treatment methodologies.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey empathy and support throughout the therapeutic process.
• Capability to remain composed and effective in high-stress situations.
• Proficient in electronic health record systems and related technologies.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in mental health counseling with a focus on trauma recovery.
• Experience in delivering trauma-informed therapeutic interventions, demonstrating a deep understanding of the complexities involved.

The salary range for this position is competitive, with an annual compensation of USD 90,000 to 110,000. Alongside this financial reward, we offer:
