Remote Telehealth Physician (MD/DO) โ€“ Internal or Family Medicine
Must Hold 15+ Active State Licenses | IMLC Strongly Preferred

Important Note:ย This role requires that candidatesย hold an MD or DO license and maintain 15 or more active U.S. state medical licenses. Board certification inย Internal Medicine or Family Medicineย is required. Candidates who do not meet these criteria will not be considered.

Position Summary

This fully remote physician role is central to supporting patient onboarding and ongoing care through virtual visits. You'll conduct clinical assessments, manage medications, collaborate with a team of advanced practice providers, and help optimize internal tools and protocols for care delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct virtual initial evaluations for patient onboarding using clinical guidelines

  • Manage medications and treatment plans via a proprietary digital platform

  • Monitor patient symptoms and make timely clinical interventions

  • Collaborate with and supervise Advanced Practice Providers (NPs and PAs)

  • Respond to patient inquiries regarding medications or care plans

  • Contribute clinical feedback to improve tools, workflows, and systems

  • Participate in twice-yearly travel for chart reviews

  • Serve in a rotating on-call schedule as needed

Required Qualifications
  • MD or DO with board certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine (ABMS)

  • 15+ active state medical licensesย (IMLC participation preferred)

  • Minimum ofย 2 years clinical practice experienceย post-training

  • Experience providing virtual care via telehealth platforms

  • Strong ability to collaborate with multi-disciplinary clinical teams
