Position Summary

The Remote Office Manager is responsible for coordinating daily administrative operations, managing internal processes, supporting leadership, improving workflow efficiency, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced remote environment.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily administrative and operational activities for a fully remote workforce.
  • Coordinate company calendars, meetings, and virtual events.
  • Maintain company records, documentation, and internal databases.
  • Develop and improve administrative procedures and operational workflows.
  • Coordinate onboarding logistics for new employees.
  • Manage office software subscriptions, vendor relationships, and service providers.
  • Support executive leadership with scheduling, reporting, and administrative tasks.
  • Monitor operational deadlines and assist departments with project coordination.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and business documentation.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reporting when required.
  • Maintain company policies, operational procedures, and internal documentation.
  • Assist with procurement and office equipment coordination for remote employees.
  • Collaborate with HR, Finance, IT, and Operations teams to improve business processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in office management, operations, executive administration, or business administration.
