Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to analyze clients’ mental health concerns, strengths, and individual needs, helping to create a therapeutic foundation.
  • Develop personalized treatment plans that reflect assessment findings and align with client goals, ensuring a tailored therapeutic approach.
  • Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.
