• Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health concerns, history, and treatment needs.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans aimed at addressing each client's unique challenges and therapeutic goals.
• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based therapeutic methodologies to promote emotional healing.
• Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate and provide integrated care to clients.

• Possession of a current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
• Proven expertise in mental health counseling, demonstrating specialized training or extensive experience.
• A robust understanding of evidence-based practices and interventions for a variety of mental health disorders.
• Excellent therapeutic and counseling skills, capable of nurturing strong therapeutic relationships and motivating clients.
• Strong communication abilities, fostering teamwork and collaboration with fellow professionals in the treatment plan formulation and client care processes.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 80,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
