  • Solicit new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
  • Answer the phone promptly for any new business opportunities
  • Efficiently work through systems to quote and close business
  • Have a confident understanding of underwriting guidelines to give clients the best experience
  • Work all leads to the fullest extent: follow-up processes within our lead management system are to be followed consistently
  • Perfect compliance with all Allstate and Bo Cochran Agency guidelines, policies, and procedures
  • Meet all daily and monthly activity requirements that support your success
  • Attend all team meetings to plan growth and address any concerns, and provide updates.

Requirements
  • Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable.

  • Personal Lines or Property & Casualty insurance license is required.
