Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough counseling and therapy sessions for clients, facilitating both individual and group therapy where appropriate.
  • Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their personal goals.
  • Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using our secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.
  • Provide ongoing care and support for clients dealing with mental health diagnoses, along with potential co-occurring substance use disorders.
  • Actively participate in regular staff meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative clinical culture.
  • Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of client needs.
  • Utilize evidence-based techniques to assess and diagnose mental health disorders, closely monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment methods as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clients range from adolescents to adults, many of whom face challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, family dynamics, and substance abuse. Qualifications
  • A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
  • At least 2 years of clinical experience working in mental health, preferably in an outpatient setting.
  • Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
