• Conduct thorough counseling and therapy sessions for clients, facilitating both individual and group therapy where appropriate.
• Perform comprehensive assessments to identify client needs, and develop tailored treatment plans that reflect their personal goals.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment progress using our secure electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Provide ongoing care and support for clients dealing with mental health diagnoses, along with potential co-occurring substance use disorders.
• Actively participate in regular staff meetings to discuss case management, share insights, and contribute to a collaborative clinical culture.
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring effective time management and prioritization of client needs.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques to assess and diagnose mental health disorders, closely monitoring client progress and adjusting treatment methods as necessary.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, social workers, and other therapists, to facilitate comprehensive patient care.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Oregon.
• At least 2 years of clinical experience working in mental health, preferably in an outpatient setting.
• Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to establish rapport with clients and collaborate effectively with team members.
• A demonstrated capacity to develop meaningful therapeutic relationships, fostering trust and respect.

Experience with electronic health records, understanding of telehealth methodologies, and familiarity with evidence-based treatment modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Family Systems Therapy is highly desirable. The position offers a competitive salary in the range of $100,000 to $105,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package. This includes:
