• Provide evidence-based individualized therapy strategies tailored to the unique situations and needs of each client.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to inform therapy approaches.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions to diverse groups—including individuals, couples, and families—utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care delivery, enhancing client support systems.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops, training sessions, and peer reviews to stay abreast of the latest research and practices in mental health.

Your primary focus will be on providing therapeutic support to individuals and families facing a variety of mental health issues. With an emphasis on holistic care, you will work directly with clients who often experience barriers to access in mental health services, addressing challenges ranging from anxiety and depression to more significant life changes and trauma recovery. Your role will be pivotal in their healing and personal development journeys.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
• A minimum of two years’ experience in a counseling role, preferably within a clinical or outpatient context.
• Strong understanding of ethical and legal standards governing counseling practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with a diverse clientele.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team.
• Proficiency with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies.

• Experience or specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, substance misuse treatment, or trauma-informed care is highly valued.

• Competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload management.
