General Duties and Responsibilities:

- Building Engagement and Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong connections with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the healthcare industry to gain insights into their staffing needs and challenges. Business Development: Leverage your industry knowledge to identify and pursue high-value client opportunities and execute comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new tech clients. Collaborate with senior leadership to set annual sales goals and targets.

Contract Negotiation: I lead negotiations, finalize agreements, and ensure mutually beneficial terms for the company and clients.
