While face-to-face interactions may occur in our outpatient office, the majority of therapy will be conducted virtually, ensuring that our therapists can meet clients where they are most comfortable. • Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to understand clients' unique backgrounds and mental health needs.
• Deliver individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.
• Develop personalized treatment plans with measurable goals, regularly updating them based on clients' progress.
• Facilitate effective crisis interventions and safety planning, providing immediate support for clients in distress.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation of treatment sessions, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal guidelines.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care for clients.
• Lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducation workshops, enriching clients' therapeutic experiences.

Our clientele includes individuals, couples, and families from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. You will work with clients facing a spectrum of challenges, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and life transitions. Your focus on building rapport and fostering a safe environment is crucial for promoting trust and effective therapy.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• Strong foundational knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and the ability to implement them effectively.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to engage with clients empathetically and effectively.

• At least two years of experience in a mental health or outpatient setting is preferred.
• Experience in conducting therapy for a diverse population and familiarity with various therapeutic modalities and interventions.

The salary for this position ranges between USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, with additional performance-based bonuses.
