• Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video chat, focusing on improving their mental health and emotional well-being.
• Facilitate discussions that help clients explore their emotions, experiences, and relationships, fostering self-awareness and personal growth.
• Advocate for clients by assisting them in defining personal goals and strategies for achieving a healthier mental state.
• Evaluate clients’ mental health conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on a solution-focused therapeutic approach.

Your clientele will primarily consist of stable adults who present with low acuity mental health challenges. By focusing on this specific patient population, you will have the opportunity to cultivate relationships that allow for deeper understanding and client-driven goal achievement. • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.
• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) issued by a recognized state board; provisional or limited licenses are not accepted.
• Demonstrated capacity to make informed evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapeutic interventions.
• Excellent interpersonal skills characterized by empathy, active listening, and compassionate communication.
• Strong computer skills and aptitude for utilizing technology and digital platforms for client management.

• Two years of professional experience in counseling or therapy settings.
• Familiarity with an online therapy platform and telehealth technologies.
