Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client needs and develop individualized therapy plans.
  • Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring continual compliance.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to achieve therapeutic goals.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development through workshops and training to stay informed of the latest practices in mental health.
Patient Population / Client Focus

You will provide services primarily to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds who may face barriers to accessing traditional mental health care. Many clients may present with various issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role as an LPC will be critical in offering them the support and guidance necessary to navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications
  • A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
  • Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling capacity, ideally in a clinical setting.
  • Strong understanding of legal and ethical best practices within the counseling profession.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients from various backgrounds.
  • A collaborative mindset, demonstrating the ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
  • Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems and other relevant technologies.
Preferred Experience
  • Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance use disorders is highly desirable and considered an asset.
  • Experience working with diverse populations facing varying degrees of mental health challenges.
Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 90,000 annually, depending on your experience and caseload.
