  • Evaluate and optimize sales tools and automation (customer relationship management enhancements, reporting automation, and process simplification); lead small projects and user adoption initiatives.
  • Own end-to-end commissions administration: maintain incentive compensation plans and calculations, process quarterly payouts, audit for accuracy, and serve as the primary point of contact for commission disputes partnering with sales, finance and human resources.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Analytics, or related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in sales operations, revenue operations, commercial analytics, or a related function, including experience with forecasting and customer relationship management reporting.
  • Prior people leadership experience preferred (at least 1 year).
  • Advanced proficiency with spreadsheet analysis and business intelligence/reporting; experience supporting a field sales organization in a regulated/healthcare environment preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sales operations disciplines (forecasting, pipeline management, territory/quota planning, and performance measurement).
  • Advanced proficiency with customer relationship management and reporting/analytics tools; strong spreadsheet and presentation skills.
  • Ability to translate data into actionable insights, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and lead continuous process improvement.
