    Job Summary
    Responsibilities
    • Architect end-to-end Pega Infinity solutions for Banking, Capital Markets, and Insurance processes, leveraging Constellation UX and Common Data Model.
    • Define scalable design patterns and integration strategies with financial systems.
    • Lead technical governance to ensure compliance with industry standards and Pega best practices across BCM and Insurance implementations.
    • Collaborate with business and IT stakeholders to translate domain requirements into technical solutions.
    • Guide teams on performance optimization, security, and maintainability in regulated environments.

    Experience and Skills
    • 15+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in Pega architecture roles.
    • Expertise in Pega Infinity Platform, including Constellation architecture and App Studio.
    • Strong understanding of Common Data Model and its application in enterprise data strategies.
    • Experience designing and implementing REST/SOAP APIs, Kafka, and cloud-native integrations.
    • Pega CLSA certification preferred.
    • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
