As the Client Success Manager at ProPay HR, you play a critical role in the continued growth of our Business by ensuring the success and satisfaction of our clients. We support clients with critical issues involving payroll, HR, compliance, benefits, accruals, and union regulations. Our strength lies in building lasting relationships and delivering smart, effective solutions that work across borders.

Utilizing our Human Resources Information System (HRIS) – this person will be successfully identifying KPI’s for client accounts. You will be collaborating with internal Management and our Client base, to ensure customers are maximizing Paycor’s technology solutions and service offerings.

By helping customers understand gaps and the benefits of utilizing the software at its full capability, that will help maximize our client’s own effectiveness and productivity.

Job Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Build Strong Relationships: Become a trusted advisor for your clients by working closely with their executive leaders and day-to-day contacts to help them achieve shared goals and long-term success.

Be Proactive About Retention: Spot potential risks to the client relationship early. Work quickly to create action plans that address those risks and partner with internal teams to keep clients on track and satisfied.

Help Clients Get the Most from ProPayHR: Make sure clients are fully using our services and technology to drive their own success. When helpful, recommend additional resources or services that could take their business even further.

Support Growth Opportunities: Work alongside our Management team to identify ways to grow the partnership with your clients.

Know the Industry: Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices. Be able to confidently connect those insights to your clients’ goals and how they can get ahead.

Be the Client’s Voice: Advocate for your clients by sharing their feedback, needs, and ideas with our Product, Support, and Management teams to help shape future improvements.

Requirements

  • B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent business experience preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, Management Consulting, Project Management, or another customer-facing role
  • Prior Paycor, Human Capital Management, Payroll, HR, or Benefits experience - required.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and change management skills.
  • Command of Microsoft Office technology stack and experience with CRM preferred.
