Job description

Cherry Bekaert is partnered with a growing, global organization to identify a Payroll Manager to oversee U.S. and U.K. payroll operations. This is a fully remote role for candidates based on the East Coast.
Key Responsibilities
  • Manage endtoend U.S. and U.K. payroll processing
  • Oversee multistate and international payroll compliance
  • Act as a handson "playercoach" within the payroll function
  • Partner with HR, Finance, and external providers
  • Improve payroll processes, controls, and reporting
  • Support payroll team members and vendor relationships

Qualifications
  • 7+ years of payroll experience, including management
  • Experience processing both U.S. and U.K. payroll
  • UKG (or similar) payroll system experience required
  • Strong knowledge of payroll compliance and reporting
  • Ability to work remotely on East Coast business hours
