Join a growing organization seeking a Payroll Manager to lead multi-entity payroll operations, drive process improvements, and serve as the subject matter expert for Oracle Cloud Payroll. This role partners closely with HR, Finance, Benefits, and IT to ensure accurate, compliant, and scalable payroll operations.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processing across multiple entities and pay groups, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
  • Lead payroll audits, reconciliations, variance analysis, and payroll reporting activities.
  • Review and approve payroll transactions, balancing activities, and payroll control processes.
  • Serve as the Oracle Cloud Payroll expert, supporting configuration analysis, troubleshooting, testing, system enhancements, and quarterly updates.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Benefits, IT, and external vendors to resolve payroll system and data integrity issues.
  • Drive automation, process improvement, and operational excellence initiatives to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations, tax requirements, wage and hour laws, and year-end reporting obligations.
  • Support W-2 processing, payroll tax reconciliations, audits, acquisitions, integrations, and organizational changes.
  • Develop payroll procedures, strengthen internal controls, and maintain audit-ready documentation.
  • Coach and support payroll team members while contributing to payroll strategy and resource planning.
