LeadBank is a global paper call platform connecting buyers and sellers of high-quality inbound calls. We sell calls to major partners like HomeAdvisor and other large industry players, while acquiring calls from affiliates worldwide.
We are currently focused on the Home Services sector (appliance repair, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, etc.) and actively expanding into Insurance, Finance, Real Estate, Travel, and Rehab verticals.
Role Overview


We're looking for an Affiliate Manager / Affiliate Specialist who can recruit, onboard, and manage affiliates at scale. The ideal candidate already has a network (pool) of affiliates in Home Services (and ideally other verticals) and knows how to drive volume and profitability.

Responsibilities

Recruit and onboard new affiliates into LeadBank.
Manage relationships with affiliates, ensuring high performance and compliance.
Leverage your existing pool of affiliates to quickly scale call volume.
Negotiate payout structures and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Support affiliates with onboarding, reporting, and growth strategies.
Drive expansion into multiple industries: Home Services, Insurance, Finance, Real Estate, Travel, Rehab.
Requirements

Proven experience as an Affiliate Manager in Pay-Per-Call / Performance Marketing.
Existing relationships with affiliates, publishers, or networks (preferably in Home Services, plus other verticals).
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze and optimize performance.
Self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced virtual environment.
