Director, Partnership Management
Remote / Partnerships / Full-Time
Corestream is seeking a Director of Partnership Management that will own the day-to-day management and execution of Corestream's growing partner ecosystem. This individual will play a critical role in managing partner relationships, driving ongoing initiatives, and ensuring strong performance and progress across all partnership activities.
We're looking for someone who can bring clarity to complex situations, collaborate effectively across teams, and help move work forward in a thoughtful and structured way. This role will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to align priorities, solve problems, and continuously improve how we manage partnerships. Location: Corestream is headquartered in Tampa, FL but with a significant population of employees based all over the country. Being based in Tampa is not a requirement to apply! Travel required up to 30%.
Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary day-to-day owner of multiple strategic partner relationships
  • Drive all ongoing partner activities, ensuring initiatives progress on time and deliver expected results
  • Develop and manage clear work plans, timelines, and deliverables for each partner
  • Partner cross-functionally with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to execute partner initiatives Translate partner needs and internal inputs into clear action plans and next steps
  • Proactively identify risks, gaps, or delays and drive resolution
  • Maintain consistent, transparent communication with partners and stakeholders Lead regular partner check-ins, business reviews, and performance discussions
  • Track and share insights on partnership performance, goals, and outcomes Continuously improve processes, workflows, and execution models for partner management

Experience:
  • 7+ years of experience in partnerships, account management, or program management
  • Proven ability to manage multiple external relationships and deliver results
  • Experience driving cross-functional execution in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Experience in HRTech, Benefits, or SaaS preferred
  • Bachelor's degree required
