• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to gain a clear understanding of their mental health needs.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual goals, ensuring a person-centered approach.
• Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques to support clients' personal growth and emotional well-being.
• Regularly review and adjust therapy goals in collaboration with clients, monitoring their progress over time.
• Provide teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual consultations or have mobility challenges.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation of client interactions and treatment progress to uphold ethical standards and regulatory compliance.
• Engage in professional development opportunities to enhance your clinical skills and stay current with evolving trends in mental health care.

Our clients consist of diverse individuals facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. • Current and valid state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, or a closely related field.
• Proven ability to build a secure and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated empathy and a nonjudgmental attitude towards clients’ experiences, fostering an inclusive and supportive therapeutic environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to effectively manage caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

• At least 1 year of clinical experience providing therapy services to individuals and groups.
• Experience working with clients dealing with addiction, anxiety, trauma, and other complex mental health issues.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and techniques.

• Annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000, commensurate with experience and credentials.
