Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand the mental health challenges faced by clients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing evidence-based practices tailored to meet each client's unique needs.
• Provide individual therapy sessions using a variety of therapeutic approaches to promote personal growth and resilience.
• Establish therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients and monitor their progress regularly to ensure successful outcomes.
• Offer teletherapy solutions to accommodate individuals who may have mobility issues or prefer virtual sessions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation to uphold ethical standards and facilitate comprehensive care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work with a diverse range of clients facing various mental health challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relational issues. Qualifications

• A valid California state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
