Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans aimed at facilitating client progress.
• Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, engaging with them through creative therapeutic interventions that address their specific needs and challenges.
• Document all client interactions meticulously according to company policies and maintain comprehensive clinical records, including diagnosis updates and treatment plan reviews.
• Provide exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming environment for clients and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to enhance community mental health services.
• Utilize virtual platforms effectively to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring continuity of care and accessibility for all clients.
• Engage in regular clinical staff meetings and training sessions to remain current with best practices and contribute to team development.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Your focus will be on facilitating healing relationships and supporting clients through challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and life transitions. Qualifications

• A master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited university.
• Current licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Florida.

• Proven ability to complete diagnostic assessments (DAs), treatment plans, and clinical case notes effectively.
• Experience working with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, couples, and families, is essential.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range between USD 81,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additionally, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
