Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose mental health conditions and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans aimed at facilitating client progress.
  • Maintain a caseload of 25-30 clients per week, engaging with them through creative therapeutic interventions that address their specific needs and challenges.
  • Document all client interactions meticulously according to company policies and maintain comprehensive clinical records, including diagnosis updates and treatment plan reviews.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by fostering a welcoming environment for clients and partnering with multidisciplinary teams to enhance community mental health services.
  • Utilize virtual platforms effectively to conduct therapy sessions, ensuring continuity of care and accessibility for all clients.
  • Engage in regular clinical staff meetings and training sessions to remain current with best practices and contribute to team development.
Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will work with a broad range of clients, including children, adolescents, couples, and families. Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range between USD 81,000 to 100,000 annually, reflecting your experience and expertise. Additionally, you may be eligible for a sign-on bonus.
