• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to identify clients' mental health needs, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Design and implement personalized therapy programs that address the unique challenges faced by each client.
• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions using evidence-based practices designed to promote healing and growth.
• Collaborate closely with ancillary mental health professionals to offer comprehensive services, ensuring that all aspects of the client's problems are addressed.
• Provide educational resources and support for clients' families throughout the therapeutic process, guiding them through their loved ones' recovery journeys.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records in strict adherence to regulatory guidelines and ethical standards.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health concerns, from communication issues to deeper family dynamics. • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field is necessary for this position.

• Empathetic, nonjudgmental approach when engaging with clients, fostering a safe and constructive environment.

• Annual salary range of $80,000 - $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
