This role is primarily remote, allowing for flexibility and work-life balance while maintaining access to our outpatient office as needed. Our virtual resources are designed to provide an effective and collegial atmosphere that encourages teamwork and professional collaboration. Daily operations involve using various telehealth platforms and secure electronic health record (EHR) systems to document client interactions and manage patient records efficiently.

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Uplift Oneself, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments, evaluations, and intake interviews to understand client needs and establish treatment goals.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on clients' unique circumstances, applying evidence-based therapeutic techniques and methodologies.
• Administer therapy sessions via telehealth, facilitating dialogue, providing guidance, and employing interventions that promote emotional and psychological well-being.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, ensuring compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards.
• Collaborate with colleagues and other healthcare professionals to provide holistic care and support for clients.
• Participate in regular supervision and professional development opportunities to enhance clinical skills and stay updated on best practices in mental health care.

Our clients come from various backgrounds, reflecting a rich diversity of experiences and concerns. You will work with individuals, couples, and families facing a wide array of challenges, including anxiety, depression, interpersonal conflicts, and trauma. Your role will be critical in fostering a safe space where clients can explore their feelings and work towards achieving positive mental health outcomes.

The ideal candidate will meet the following qualifications:

• Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.
• Current licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

In addition to the basic qualifications, candidates who possess the following experience will be prioritized:

• Previous experience in providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.
• Understanding of contemporary therapeutic methods and a passion for ongoing learning in the field of mental health.
• Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Uplift Oneself offers a competitive salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to attractive compensation, we also provide:
