Job description

Title: Vice President Sales, North America (Reinsurance)

Location: Remote

The Vice President of Sales, North America (Reinsurance) will report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer, North America and serve as a key member of the regional Sales leadership team, owning the sales initiatives within the Reinsurance vertical. This executive will own and drive a large part of North American sales strategy, driving new logo acquisitions, account expansion, and long-term revenue growth through our Sales and Client Partner organizations. This role requires a transformational leader who combines strategic vision with operational rigor - someone who can set direction, build scalable sales strategies, and consistently execute against aggressive growth targets. The SVP will be accountable for pipeline health, revenue performance, and market expansion, while fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide executive leadership for North American sales and business development within SaaS Cloud environment, driving sustainable revenue growth across new and existing customers.
  • Help define and execute the North America go-to-market and sales strategy, with a strong focus on market expansion, pipeline creation, and enterprise opportunity development.
  • Establish ambitious revenue and pipeline targets, and ensure the organization is equipped with the processes, tools, and talent required to exceed them.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop senior sales and client partners, building a high-performance, results-driven culture.
  • Implement data-driven sales methodologies, leveraging funnel metrics, forecasting, and analytics to improve productivity, territory performance, and solution penetration.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, and Operations to align strategy, accelerate growth, and maximize customer value.
  • Influence stakeholders and contribute to broader corporate growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proven sales leadership experience.
  • 15+ years of experience in selling multi-million-dollar, complex Solutions (Product and Services) within a SaaS/Cloud first environment
  • Strong command of Reinsurance domain (highly preferred)
  • Demonstrated experience in large account management and strategic selling techniques.
  • Ability to scale revenue, hunt, and close new business in North America.
  • 10+ years of experience in leading and motivating business development teams in a complex organization.
  • Ability to inspire vision and energy in others.
  • Agility to navigate a complex organization, building trust through collaboration and influencing through demonstrated expertise.
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
