Plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational ERP systems by analyzing business processes and identifying improvement opportunities. Collaborates with stakeholders to gather and document requirements, assisting in the design and configuration of ERP solutions, and supporting testing activities to ensure system functionality.

Acts as a liaison between technical teams and business users to maintain alignment and facilitates end-user training and support. Monitors system performance, recommending enhancements, and maintaining comprehensive documentation of ERP processes and changes.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications

  • Familiarity with ERP platforms and system performance monitoring

Education & Experience
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree required; Masterโ€™s degree preferred
  • Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience supporting PeopleSoft HR, Financial, and Supply Chain applications preferred
