Turing is looking for candidates with strong experience in manufacturing operations, production workflow management, and team supervision, particularly at the level expected for frontline production or operations leads.
Role overview:
  • In this role, you will contribute to projects that help evaluate and enhance AI systems using your production management and operational expertise.

  • These projects will help you explore how AI can be used to improve decision-making, process efficiency, and operational coordination across manufacturing environments.

What does day-to-day look like:
  • Design and solve real-world production and operations scenarios to test AI reasoning.
  • Write clear, structured solutions covering workforce scheduling, production control, process optimization, and quality assurance.
