Responsibilities
About the Role
This role involves working both independently and collaboratively to support calibration, maintenance, and operation of natural gas and liquid measurement equipment.
What You Will Do (Essential Functions):
  • Perform calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of flow measurement equipment.
  • Execute basic calibrations, plate inspections, and meter tube "dress-out" per customer specifications.
  • Install and replace multivariable transmitters and related instrumentation.
  • Utilize calibration software (ROC, TotalFlow, ModWorx) in accordance with company procedures.
  • Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all safety protocols while completing fieldwork.
  • Travel safely to customer sites and complete work assignments in a timely, professional manner.
  • Ensure accuracy and completeness of service tickets and submit documentation promptly.
  • Maintain compliance with Method Flow and Roeslein policies, procedures, and safety standards.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and partners to resolve issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
What You Bring (Skills, Abilities, Experience)
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (must be 21+ to operate company vehicle).
  • 1-3 years of experience in measurement, instrumentation, or oil & gas operations preferred.
  • Experience with liquid flow meters and related components is a plus.
  • Familiarity with oil & gas processes and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and on-call rotations.
Work EnvironmentWork is performed in an uncontrolled atmosphere. Exposure to harsh conditions-such as dust, fumes, chemicals, hazardous materials, noise, and varying weather and temperatures-for short periods is possible. All employees are required to follow safety standards and wear all personal protective equipment in designated areas.
Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to walk, stand, use hands and fingers, grip, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk and hear. The ability to lift and carry up to 75 lbs. regularly is required. Exposure to moving parts and electricity that require safety protocols.
