Project Manager – Oil & Gas Measurement & Fabrication
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead projects involving oil & gas measurement equipment, including meter tubes, ultrasonic meter runs, orifice fittings, sample systems, and related fabrication packages. This role requires strong coordination skills, technical understanding of measurement devices, and the ability to manage projects from kickoff through delivery in a fast‐paced fabrication and engineering environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage projects for measurement equipment and fabricated assemblies (meter tubes, USM runs, orifice fittings, sample systems, flow conditioners, etc.)
- Serve as the primary customer contact for project updates, technical clarifications, and schedule alignment
- Review customer specifications, P&IDs, datasheets, and measurement requirements to ensure compliance
- Coordinate with drafting, procurement, and fabrication teams
- Maintain project schedules, budgets.
- Manage change orders, scope adjustments, and documentation updates
- Oversee quality checkpoints, FAT coordination, and final documentation packages
- Support continuous improvement in project communication, and fabrication readiness
Required Qualifications
- 3–5 years of project management experience in oil & gas, industrial equipment, or fabrication
- Strong understanding of measurement devices, metering systems, or pipeline measurement equipment
- Experience working with meter tubes, ultrasonic meters, orifice fittings, turbine meters, or related assemblies
- Ability to interpret P&IDs, isometrics, GA drawings, and measurement schematics
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fabrication‐driven environment
- Excellent communication, customer‐facing, and cross‐functional coordination skills
- Proficiency with project management tools and ERP/MRP systems
- Strong documentation, scheduling, and risk‐management capabilities
