HEALTH PROVIDER RECRUITMENT SPECIALIST
You are required to live in New Mexico to be considered for this role.
The Health Provider Recruitment Specialist supports provider incentive grant applications. Provides procurement and compliance tracking activities; assists with application reviews using standard operating procedures and tracking requirements; assists applicants with submission questions.
Basic Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting administrative, procurement, or compliance functions.
  • Experience using tracking tools, spreadsheets, CRM/case management systems, Microsoft suite of tools, or similar systems to document application intake and incentive program details.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple provider contacts and deadlines simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.
  • Experience providing support to grant applications, including development, intake, enrollment, onboarding, documentation, is preferred.
  • Prior experience with healthcare provider programs.
  • Exceptional facilitation, communication, partner engagement, project management, and problem solving skills.
