Drive performance, efficiency, and accountability in a high-impact behavioral health setting.

We’re seeking an operations-focused supervisor to oversee the delivery of high-quality, member-centered recovery support services. This role oversees the operations of multiple sites, including the supervision of the Recovery Support Coordinator team, which supports members with Health Related Social Needs (HRSNs) and care coordination as they navigate their recovery. The Supervisor is accountable for regional and state-level key performance indicators (KPIs) such as task management, member engagement, retention, census growth, Profit and Loss (P&L) performance, and employee satisfaction.

Salary $75k+

What You’ll Do

  • Own daily site operations, ensuring efficient, compliant, and consistent service delivery
  • Manage staff scheduling, coverage, and workflow optimization
  • Track and improve key performance metrics including patient flow, engagement, and retention
  • Identify operational gaps and implement process improvements
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory, documentation, and safety standards
  • Partner with clinical leadership to align operations with care delivery goals

What You Bring

  • Education: Associate’s degree in Social Services, Human Services, Psychology, Business, or related field required (or equivalent combination of education and experience); Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of three (3) years of experience in operations management, case management, or care coordination at least one (1) year in a supervisory capacity preferred.
  • Certification: State certification or licensure to manage peer support specialists (where applicable).
  • Technical: Experience with EHR systems, data reporting, and digital collaboration tools.
  • Compliance: Must meet all state and job-related pre-employment requirements. Depending on state-specific requirements, this may include fingerprinting, criminal background check, drug testing, CPR/First Aid certification, health screening and/or TB Test.
  • Other: Ability to travel up to 40-60% within the assigned region (rarely overnight); valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
