We are looking for an experienced operations manager to join our team. The Operations Manager will supervise the field technicians create the service schedule and coordinate all support required for the company to function at peak efficiency and reach the annual goals. Candidates should have experience managing multiple employees across multiple offices.
Qualifications
  • College degree or equivalent work experience
  • Three (3) years of management or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written.
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to hire train and develop employees.
  • Managing multiple processes for employees
  • Conflict management skills
  • Attention to detail.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Word and Excel.
  • Willing to develop skills outside existing experience.
  • Must be willing and able to contribute to a team environment while also possessing the capability to perform work independently when necessary.

Schedule
The office is open Monday through Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM and 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM except for recognized holidays. The position requires a minimum of a 40-hour work week as determined by the supervisor to allow the employee to fulfill the assigned duties and responsibilities. Certain functions of the position may require travel weekend and evening hours work schedules.
