Position Summary

The Operations Manager will serve as a key operational partner to the Executive Director, supporting the day-to-day administration, coordination, and execution of organizational operations. This role is responsible for helping streamline internal processes, supporting cross-functional initiatives, and providing oversight to several operational and administrative functions across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, mission-aligned, self-motivated, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This individual will bring a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and the ability to balance strategic support with hands-on operational execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Executive Director with operational coordination and administrative leadership

  • Develop, improve, and maintain organizational processes and workflows

  • Assist with operational planning, vendor coordination, and organizational administration

  • Support bookkeeping coordination and administrative operations

  • Help oversee technology and operational systems including communication tools and software platforms

  • Coordinate internal communications and cross-functional initiatives

  • Assist with strategic planning efforts and special projects, including organizational events and community initiatives

  • Partner with team members to ensure projects and operational priorities remain on track

  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and positive team environment

Qualifications
