Circle of Life is a leading home care agency serving 6 states. Circle of Life is growing, and we have an opening for an Operations Manager to join our Albuquerque office. This is a dual-role position responsible for leading both the Albuquerque office and providing operational support across New Mexico. This role ensures high-quality service delivery, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency while also supporting the Regional Director of Operations in managing state-wide initiatives.

Branch duties (Albuquerque office):

  • Manage Albuquerque day-to-day branch operations, ensuring client and organizational needs are met.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to branch office staff. Facilitate weekly staff meetings and provide regular performance-based feedback.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and manage staff to successfully work with a diverse population.
  • Oversee core office operations including payroll processing, budgeting, and compliance.
  • Foster strong referral relationships and market services to clients, families and additional referral sources.

Operations Manager duties (New Mexico):

  • Provide administrative and operational support to the Regional Director of Operations including, but not limited to, supporting the implementation of state-wide initiatives and strategic priorities.
  • Assist with monitoring regulatory compliance across multiple offices.
  • Help drive growth strategies, outreach efforts, and community engagement within the New Mexico region. Provide mentorship, guidance, and operational support to other branch leaders as needed.

Qualifications

Qualified applicants will have 2 years of management experience, excellent verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal and customer service skills. Healthcare and/or home care administration experience preferred. Ability to travel 10-20%. Higher education (Associate/Bachelor's) is preferred.
