Job description

(Operations Coordinator)
MUST HAVE LEVEL 2 SECURITY LICENSE
· Coach and monitor Officers on Duties, Responsibilities and report writing.
· Conducts daily huddles, spot checks with officers under their supervision, providing feedback and recognition as needed
· Responsible for daily checks and training of all officers employed at Wal-Mart.
· Promptly report any information that may impact the relationship of the Client to the Operations Manager modifying post orders as needed.
· Participate in the hiring process, interviewing candidates and setting up orientation dates and times. Communicate regularly with the Operations Manager when the hiring process is initiated.
· Responsible for inventory or equipment maintenance including uniforms, vehicles, devices, etc and communicating needs and issues to their Director of Operations.
· Participating in a performance review during recommended time frames with the Director of Operations to enhance the Officer Brand Experience.
· Responsible for ensuring schedule is complete to fulfill contracted services and will cover shifts as necessary to ensure completion while minimizing overtime.
· Responsible for recommending and issuing disciplinary action against personnel in violation of the Signal SOP. Furthermore, providing positive recognition for personnel going above and beyond the Signal expectations.
