Healing Therapy, Ltd is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our dynamic team. This full-time remote position requires an individual passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families as they navigate the complexities of life. The successful candidate will play an integral role in fostering mental wellness and enhancing the quality of relationships among clients geographically accessible from Ocean City, Maryland.

Work Environment

This role offers a remote work environment that champions flexibility while ensuring high-quality care. Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments using standardized instruments to develop personalized therapy plans tailored to individual client needs.
  • Facilitate engaging therapy sessions utilizing evidence-based practices and innovative approaches to address trauma, relationship issues, and other challenges.
  • Develop and regularly update customized treatment strategies based on clients’ progress and feedback.
  • Maintain meticulous, confidential case records in compliance with HIPAA and organizational standards, ensuring a high level of professionalism and care.

Patient Population / Client Focus
