Overview
Ocean Bank is seeking a Sr. Treasury Management Sales Representative to support business clients, Relationship Managers, and internal partners with Treasury Management products and digital business banking solutions. This role performs client interaction with product support, onboarding coordination, training, problem solving, and helping businesses use banking technology effectively
Responsibilities
  • Support Treasury Management sales and service activities, including client follow-up, implementation coordination, product questions, service requests, and internal support needs.
  • Partner with clients and Relationship Managers throughout onboarding to support product setup, online banking access, documentation, timelines, testing, and activation.
  • Provide technical and operational support for Treasury Management services, including Remote Deposit Capture, ACH, wire transfer services, lockbox, online banking, user access, and related digital banking solutions.
  • Deliver training to clients, branches, Relationship Managers, and internal business partners on Treasury Management products, online banking capabilities, documentation requirements, fraud prevention controls, and service enhancements.
  • Prepare reports and analyze activity related to product utilization, client enrollment, service activity, exception items, and other performance metrics.
  • Assist with product demonstrations, client materials, follow-up tracking, client needs documentation, and cross-sell opportunities that support client relationships and business growth.

Qualifications
Education/Experience:
Requirements
  1. Associate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Accounting, or a related field required; equivalent combination of education and relevant banking experience may be considered.
  2. 5+ years of experience in banking, commercial banking support, customer service operations, or financial services.
  3. Bilingual English and Spanish required.
  4. Ability to travel to customer locations in Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties as needed.

Combination of education and experience will be considered.
Skills & Competencies
  1. Strong customer relationship, consultative service, and cross-selling skills with the ability to identify client needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.
  2. General understanding of bank operations, including ACH, wire transfers, digital banking, account services, fraud prevention tools, customer documentation, and internal controls.
  3. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook; ability to learn and support Treasury Management platforms and digital banking applications.
  4. Ability to troubleshoot customer issues, explain technical concepts clearly, document service requests, and coordinate timely resolution with internal teams.
  5. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation, follow-up, and time management skills.
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, maintain accuracy, protect confidential information, and comply with bank policies and regulatory requirements.

Preferences
  • Working knowledge of Treasury Management products, including online business banking, ACH, wire transfer services, Remote Deposit Capture, lockbox, account analysis, reporting tools, and fraud prevention services.
  • Experience supporting customer onboarding, product implementation, system setup, user access, customer training, service troubleshooting, and relationship manager support.
