The work setting at our clinic is remote, promoting flexibility and convenience for our employees. Our team collaborates closely through virtual platforms, allowing for effective communication and support among colleagues. The clinic operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring consistent availability for our clients while creating a structured work schedule for our staff.

• Conduct Comprehensive Assessments: Perform thorough evaluations of clients to understand their mental health needs, history, and goals.
• Implement Behavioral Management Strategies: Utilize customized behavioral interventions that have been proven effective in various clinical situations.
• Provide Counseling and Psychotherapy: Offer individual, group, or family therapy sessions designed to address a wide range of mental health issues.
• Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work alongside psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and other health professionals to develop treatment plans and assess client progress.
• Resource Provision for Families: Equip families with essential resources and tools to facilitate positive changes in their relationships and mental health.
• Maintain Clinical Documentation: Keep accurate and up-to-date clinical records that reflect client interactions, treatment plans, and progress.

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Our clinic emphasizes a strengths-based approach, focusing on the unique needs of each client and their families to promote recovery and well-being.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related discipline is required.
• An active California LCSW license is essential.
• At least two years of clinical experience in mental health settings, demonstrating proficiency in delivering therapeutic services.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with electronic health record systems.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.

• Experience working in community health settings or clinics.
• Background in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or other evidence-based therapeutic modalities.
• Proficiency with telehealth platforms for remote client consultations.

Help Esteem Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of $110,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
