Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough intake assessments and comprehensive psychosocial evaluations to understand the emotional, mental, and social factors influencing each client's well-being.
  • Develop personalized care plans in collaboration with clients and their families, ensuring these plans reflect individual preferences, cultural backgrounds, and personal goals.
  • Provide emotional support and counseling services via telehealth sessions to assist seniors coping with anxiety, depression, or transitions associated with aging.
