Responsibilities:
  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Monitor and record vital signs and report any changes to nursing staff.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Provide care to residents who are unhoused.
  • Help clients with mobility and physical exercises.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and team members.
  • Document care provided and ensure compliance with care plans.
Requirements:
  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required.
